ICRS Management Systems Pvt. Ltd., is a registered company under Registrar of companies - National Capital Territory of Delhi & Haryana. (Registration No: U74140 DL2004 PTC12522). All the legal requirements as per the company Act are being complied with. The Corporate Office of the company is situated at C-53, Sector-2, Noida-201301 (UP). At present all certification activities are carried out from this address.

The main object of company is ' To carry on the business of providing advisory and certification services relating to Quality Management Systems' ICRS has implemented a quality management system which generally meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 ' QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS - REQUIREMENTS. The quality policy of the company is as follows:

"ICRS shall spread awareness and acceptability of Quality Management Systems amongst all types of organizations at National and International Level. It shall act impartially and in nondiscriminatory manner with endeavor to improve its services continually".

Our strategic objectives include maintaining Integrity, ensuring Commitment, Result oriented approach and providing Support to clients through value added services maintaining effective, prompt and courteous communication.The policies and procedures under which ICRS operates are available to all clients irrespective of their size and affiliations.

Its policy also ensure impartiality at three levels, namely, Strategic and Policy level; Decision on certification level and Auditing level.

Impartiality Statement

ICRS operates the certification impartially by governing at three levels namely Strategic and Policy, Decisions on certification and Auditing. ICRS provides certification to its client’s irrespective payment made towards certification. To maintain confidence, ICRS’s decision on certification is based on objective evidences and not influenced by other interest/parties. Threats to impartiality may arise from self-interest, self-review, familiarity or intimidation.

President who is an impartial person and is advised by an Advisory Board heads the organizational structure. The Advisory Board is representative of all interests. It oversees the performance of the organization vis-à-vis the specified objectives.

The Marketing operation (Customer co-ordination) is led by Marketing Manager.

The Technical Team is headed by the Addl. Director Technical and and assisted by Technical Manager.

The above core group is assisted by a team of trained, experienced, skilled and competent lead auditors. They are graduates and post graduates in engineering and science and are capable of carrying out assigned duties in all the industrial sectors and economies.

Wherever necessary, we also outsource the auditing work to sub-contractors, who are reputed in the field of their specialization. Services of experts are also utilized need based in specialized fields.

The entire operations of certification is governed at C-53, Sector-2, Noida-201301 (UP).

Duties and responsibilities of all key functionaries of ICRS have been defined; liability insurances is in place and adequate financial arrangements have been made to provide stability and resources for the operation of the company.
