ICRS Management Systems Pvt. Ltd., is
a registered company under Registrar of companies – National Capital Territory
of Delhi & Haryana. (Registration No: U74140 DL2004 PTC12522). All
the legal requirements as per the company Act are being complied with.
The registered office of the company is situated at J8/95, Ist
floor, Rajouri garden, New Delhi
- 110027. All certification activities are carried out from
Chennai.
The main object of
company as described in Memorandum of Association is ‘ To carry on
the business of certification services relating to Quality Management
Systems’ ICRS has implemented a quality management system which
generally meets the requirements of ISO/IEC Guide 62:1996. General
requirements for bodies operating assessment and
certification/registration of quality systems. This was revised as
ISO/IEC 17021:2006 and ICRS has implemented the revised version from
February 2008. The quality policy of the company is as follows:
“ICRS shall
provide Management System certification services in impartial and in nondiscriminatory
manner with endeavor to improve its services continually”.
Our strategic
objectives include maintaining Integrity, ensuring Commitment, Result
oriented approach and providing Support to clients through value added
services maintaining effective, prompt and courteous communication. The
policies and procedures under which ICRS operates are available to all
clients irrespective of their size and affiliations.
Its policy also
ensure impartiality at three levels, namely, Strategic and Policy level;
Decision on certification level and Auditing level.
The organization structure is broadly as follows:
Impartial Board of
Directors of ICRS are advised by an Advisory
Board for the certification activities. The Advisory Board is
representative of all interests. It oversees the performance of the
organization vis-à-vis the specified objectives.
The Marketing operation [Customer coordination] is lead by General
Manager (Marketing).
The Technical Team is headed by Director Technical and assisted by
General Manager and Manager Technical Support.
The above core
group is assisted by a team of trained, experienced, skilled and
competent lead auditors. They are graduates and post graduates in
engineering / science and are capable of carrying out assigned duties in
all the industrial sectors and economies.
Wherever
necessary, we also hire auditors for the auditing work, who are reputed
in the field of their specialization. Services of experts are also
utilized need based in specialized fields.
The entire
operations of certification is governed at 4th Floor, TCR Niveras Plaza,
325, Poonamalee High Road, Aminjikarai, Chennai 600 029.
Duties and
responsibilities of all key functionaries of ICRS have been defined;
liability insurances is in place and adequate
financial arrangements have been made to provide stability and resources
for the operation of the company.
