The ICRS contract establishes confidentiality, terms, and conditions of services to be performed by ICRS.

Document Review

The document review is a review of your quality manual and quality procedures to ensure that documentation meets all the requirements of the applicable standard.

Optional Services

Pre-Assessment
The pre-assessment is identical to the registration audit in scope and length. We consider it a dry run.

Registration / Certification Assesment

The registration assessment is the evaluation of the quality system through documentation and interviews of responsible persons to collect enough objective evidence to compliance to applicable standard.

Surveillance Audits

Surveillance Audits verify the on-going compliance to the standard. The audits are performed either annually or semi annually, and review all the requirements in three years.
