    LOGO RULES

USE OF CERTIFICATION BODY MARKS, LOGOS AND SYMBOLS
A company certified by ICRS Management Systems Pvt.Ltd (ICRS) may use the ICRS logo on company letterheads and literature, subject to the conditions below:

a) Use of the symbols on stationary or other media shall not be used by a certified client unless the use relates in whole or in part to certification endorsed by ICRS.

Note: Clients where ICRS has certified subsidiaries, divisions, departments or offices of a company and not the company as a whole is most affected by this requirement. Clients must exercise care in the use of certification logo and marks to ensure no misrepresentation of scope for which certification is granted.

b) The symbol shall not be used on a product, packing, packaging, certifications or tests certifications or tests reports from test and/or calibration facilities or in any way that may be interpreted to denote product conformity.

c) Use of certification marks to indicate that a product has been made under a certified quality management system shall adhere to the following guide;

* 1 This could be a tangible product itself or product in an individual package, container, etc. In the case of testing / analyzing activities, it could be a test/analysis report.
* 2 This could be over-packaging made of cardboard etc. that can be reasonable considered as not reaching end users.
* 3 This applies to marks that have a specific form including some basic description of its applicability. A statement in words alone does not constitute a mark in this sense. Any such working should be true and not mislead.
* 4 This could be a clear statement that "(This product) was manufactured in a plant whose quality management system is certified as being in conformity with ISO 9001".
* 5 When using symbols or logos, adequate attention should be paid to avoid infringement of clause 8.4 of ISO/IEC 17021 (covered in appropriate places of this document).

d) If necessary, other requirements with regard to the use of certification logos and marks will be developed in consultation with individual suppliers. Such requirements will be made part of the contract agreement and will be immediately subject to such requirements.

USE OF ACCREDITATION BODY MARKS, LOGOS AND SYMBOLS

1. NABCB logo can be use only when the client's SCOPE is covered under NABCB accreditation of ICRS.

2. The NABCB mark shall only be used in conjunction with and not in isolation from ICRS' logo. When utilizing the symbols, the NABCB mark size must not exceed the size of the ICRS Certification logo or certified clients logo / symbol.

3. The logo shall not be used in any way that it misleads the reader about the accredited status of the certification body or the certified body.

4. The accreditation body's logo shall not be used on the packaging of a product, labels, publicity material, writen announcements etc, that in any way suggest that the accreditation body has certified or approved any product, process or service of the certified body or in any other misleading manner.

5. The logo shall not be displayed on vehicles except in publicity material like part of a large advertisement.

6. The logo shall not be displayed on buildings and flags.

7. The logo shall not be used on the visiting cards.


DISCONTINUATION OF THE ICRS CERTIFICATION LOGO
AND / OR NABCB ACCREDITATION LOGO

A client certified by ICRS shall discontinue the use of the ICRS certification logo and / or NABCB accreditation mark immediately when any of the following conditions exist:

1. A lapse of certification, suspension or cancellation;

2. The client has made a change to his Quality System which has not been accepted by ICRS, and which could reasonably be expected to affect the client's qualification for certification;

3. The client has failed to implement a change to the system requirements issued by ICRS;

4. Any other circumstances, which arise, which could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the client's Quality System certified by ICRS, as identified in the contract agreement.

MISUSE AND PENALTY

Misuse of ICRS certification logo and / or NABCB accreditation mark would lead to corrective action, withdrawal of certification, publication of the transgression and, if necessary, other legal action.
